作为地勤人员，最大的挑战可能是处理班机延误事件，因为他们要安排旅客转机、住宿及在机场等候时的餐饮事宜，还要安抚抱怨的旅客及耐心解释，若是遇上国际航机延误，旅客人数众多，对地勤人员确是一种挑战。
我知道机场地勤为自有航空运输服务以及各大航空站(机场)建设营运以来，出现在各级民用、军用航空站的一项重要附加服务，和航空站的运作息息相关且不可或缺，所以我来了。

i was born in a small village of shan dong province on april 4th, 19xx. when i was young, my family was very poor, so i had to work to earn money to help my parents after class when i was in the middle school.
